ELECTRONIC ADHERENCE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
PULL-OFF TESTER
| Adherence
test are usually carried out using manual instruments,
which makes it impossible to guarantee a constant
rate of load increase.
The
test is carried out manually the results are
noticeable different depending on the rate and
the regularity of the force applied by the operator
on the handles.
To
overcome this problem, the CEBTP has perfected
the fully autonomous electronic adherence test
instrument. |

Movement
is obtained using an electric geared motor with regulated
speed
to obtain uniform increased load. The force is read
from a digital display.
CHARACTERISTICS :
- Maximum force: 1500 daN
- 12 V DC electric geared motor
- Maximum stroke of the standard traction screw : 30 mm
- Autonomous rechargeable 12 V battery
- LCD digital display
- Memorisation of maximum values obtained
- Zero adjustment
- Accuracy 1 to 2% of the value read between 100 daN and 1500 daN
- Rate of load increase : 25 daN/s
- Instrument weight : 5 kg
- Dimensions : length 260 x width 175 x height 280 mm
- Weight of auxiliary power supply case : 3,5 kg
- Dimensions : length 185 x width 120 x height 200 mm
|
 |
OPTIONS
:
- 220 V AC 12 V DC stabilised power supply
- Speed regulator selector (10 or 25 daN/s)
This 1500 daN instrument therefore
replaces three others (250, 500 and 1500 daN) and a ratemeter; it provides a constant rate of load and is
very autonomous. |
